Tyler Davis

Raised just down the road from Fairfax Beach on Lake Monroe, Tyler has called the rolling hills of Bloomington home most of his life.
Growing up, he often worked alongside his dad—a jack-of-all-trades who owned a mechanic shop and later worked in property maintenance—on projects around their lakeside house. From constructing a three-room and garage addition to re-roofing the house, those hands-on experiences (among many others) sparked an early interest in fixing and building that has carried into Tyler's career.

After graduating high school, Tyler became a maintenance technician. Having spent nearly a decade in the industry, he’s gained wide-ranging experience in both residential and commercial settings, from subsidized housing to luxury student apartments and Indiana University’s Bloomington campus buildings.
Whether it’s installing kitchen countertops, replacing windows, repairing HVAC units, or patching drywall, Tyler has done it—and done it well.
